A mixture of 5% peracetic acid and 22.5% hydrogen peroxide, Perasan® C-5 is known to be a cost-effective sanitizer/disinfectant in food & beverage applications.

Uses
Perasan® C-5 formulation is an institutional/industrial sanitizer and disinfectant for pre-cleaned hard, non-porous food contact surfaces in:
- Dairies, wineries, and breweries
- Food and beverage plants
- Poultry egg facilities
- Hospitals
- Schools
- Industrial facilities
- Office buildings
- Veterinary clinics
Perasan® C-5 can also be used for bacteria, slime, odor and algae control in air washers, reverse osmosis and other membrane filtration systems.
In addition to its use as a sanitizer on pre-cleaned food contact surfaces, Perasan® C-5 may also be used on floors, walls, and other hard non-porous surfaces as a disinfectant.
