EnviroBrom® Tabs

EnviroBrom® Tabs

Slow Release DBNPA Tablets
EPA Reg No.

EnviroBrom® Tabs are the most concentrated solid tablet form of the field‑proven microbiocide DBNPA (2,2‑dibromo‑3‑nitrilopropionamide). Similar in chemistry to EnviroBrom® G, they are engineered for reliable microbial control across a wide range of cooling water systems.

Designed for applications including cooling towers, evaporative cooling, industrial process water, and data center cooling, EnviroBrom® Tabs provide a longer, sustained release profile than traditional DBNPA tablets. This controlled release supports stable residual control, extended service intervals, and simplified system operation.

  • Lower cost of use compared to other DBNPA formulations
  • Most concentrated DBNPA tablet available
Uses
    • Cooling tower water and cooling process water
    • Data center cooling water, including hyperscale facilities
    • Oil and gas recovery systems
    • Meat, poultry, beverage, and food processing systems
    • Industrial recirculating and evaporative cooling systems
    • Cooling ponds and lined reservoirs
    • Trench floor drains, troughs, and pits
Performance

The slow-release tablet technology allows EnviroBrom® Tabs to continue dosing cooling water with biocide well beyond the lifespan of traditional DBNPA tablets. One 200‑gram EnviroBrom® Tab per 500 gallons of water—placed in a low‑turbulence area of the sump—can provide effective biocontrol for up to three weeks before replacement.
